Nick didn’t damage the pap’s car, the car part that the guy was holding came off from Nick’s car. So the guy should just chill.

If he stopped right there, he would have been blocking the road completely. If you can (ie. car is still drivable, etc), you’re supposed to pull over to the side. What’s to say he didn’t do that? I’m not saying he did, but one shouldn’t jump to conclusions.
I’m sure it was/is/will be dealt with, so we should just let it go.

OK I tired as long as this has been posted not to say anything but here it goes I’m going to address all points.
1. Your Thought- Nick shouldn’t be driving alone.
My Thought- OK so Nick DID NOT just get his license he’s had it for a bit. I don’t know for a fact exactly how long but he has had it and so has Miley. I’m not sure if the provisional part applies with a license but if it does and it’s been longer than 56 months Nick can drive without an adult in his car.
2. Your Thought- Niley
My Thought- THERE IS NO Niley. And on too many sites there has been comments about Niley back and it’s annoy. Miley has said so many times that she is extremely happy with Justin and I doubt she would cheat. She doesn’t seem like that type of person. And why can’t they hang out they’ve both said their friends on numerous occasions it’s people who assume that their is some feud or hatred between the two of them. Get over it I love that they are friends.
3. Your Thought- Someone said something about him thinking he’s King or something and people should move.
My Thought- Um I don’t know if you drive but if there are a bunch of people with cameras in the street blocking the way then umm they HAVE to move. That’s with anyone. They shouldn’t be blocking the street when someone is trying to drive. It’s kind of like back some time ago with Britney Spears and a pap got his foot ran over.
I’m not saying her actions nor Nicks where right but it could have been avoided if the paps where out of the way.
4. Your Thought- He should have stopped
My thought- I’m a little afraid that he might get into some trouble for not stopping. But I agree with more than one poster on here who has said that possibly he went up and stopped there. He very well couldn’t stop in the street. He was half in the driveway half out and he couldn’t stop there. Also I’m pretty sure I saw the guy put whatever fell off the car back on. So basically Nick’s car was damaged more than the paps.
Also a handler or bodyguard may have given the information. I don’t think Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus two of the biggest names on Disney and in music just went out to lunch without any protection. They both have their own security teams I’m sure someone was with them. Especially with Miley’s movie just coming out.
Let’s not make something our of nothing. If Nick faces any legal trouble down the road for this then we will find out then, for now lets let it go. The boy is 16 and he’s new to driving and he just hit a car and everyone in the world (exaggeration) just saw it. I’m sure he was embarrassed even more so cause like Miley was in the car you know. Let him alone please.
I agree with the post above me. There are so many people defending what he did.
He hit a car (his fault he was behind the wheel)
they were blocking the road (both parties fault, he should have backed up instead of winging it)
he drove away and didn’t stop (his fault if in fact he didn’t come back)
So yes he was wrong, Yes the paps where wrong and could have moved, yes he was wrong if he didn’t go back, Yes we need to stop acting like they never do anything wrong when it’s clear that they did something wrong, yes people make mistakes, yes millions of people have fender benders, yes we shouldn’t blow this out of the water
I would suck at driving too if I had all those people watching me. He was probably nervous. The guy at the end of the video wasn’t really serious so I’m sure he didn’t care. Nick barely left a scratch on the other car probably.
