Thought you guys would love Entertainment Weekly’s first look at the Jonas Brothers’ half-hour Disney Channel Show (which doesn’t premiere until May ’09)! Expect brand new music, guest stars and major high jinks! In the exclusive first look, ”We’re trying to cook Mom a special birthday cake,” explains oldest sibling Kevin, 20, who’s wielding the fire extinguisher as Joe and Nick look on. ”We destroyed our family’s home videos, so we have to find ways to make up those memories.” From the looks of it, mission accomplished.

The boys are offering a behind-the-scenes look at the styles that inspire their punk-meets-pop look in a new MySpace video debuting Friday on MySpace Celebrity’s fashion segment, “The Fit.” If you want more from the band than their fashion tips, you’re in luck because the brothers have kept mighty busy since the end of their Burning Up tour. They’re developing a new original series, J*O*N*A*S, for the Disney Channel; working on an all-access book and 3D movie from their recent tour; and will begin filming their first movie for the big screen Walter the Farting Dog next spring. > The Jonas Brothers are some of the hardest working people in show business these days. Not only are the Jonas Brothers busy giving concerts, but they’re also finishing up shooting episodes of a new Disney channel. It’s also been announced that the brothers will be appearing in their first feature film, Walter, the Farting Dog. But that’s not all.

“It has been a busy month. We got off tour and immediately went into production of our new DC show – JONAS. It is so exciting! We have completed 4-5 episodes already and they are going great. We can’t wait for you to see it. We are not sure when it will start airing but we are all really proud to work with the people in the show. We are also releasing a All Access Book from the Burning Up Tour. We picked out all the pictures and shared a lot of stuff that we hope touches our fans. In February we will be releasing our first movie in 3D. The movie is from this summer’s tour and covers a lot of the things did this summer and places that we visited. We just had our first screening and all we can say about the movie is…” If this still isn’t enough Jonas Brothers for you, there’s plenty more. The JoBros will We will be performing at this year’s American Music Awards, as well as the atat Halftime at the Dallas Cowboys Game on Thanksgiving Day. After that they’ll end the year by ringing in New Year’s by performing on New Year’s Eve on Times Square. The Jonas Brothers have achieved platinum status for their CD, A Little Bit Longer, in just 10 weeks on the charts. Considering the tough environment for music sales, it shows that the JoBros have an energized fan base. The group, which consists of brothers Nick Jonas, 16, Joe Jonas, 19, and Kevin Jonas, 20, is having the kind of year in 2008 that many dream of, but few achieve. [SOURCE: MickeyNews]

> New rumors are swirling that Joe Jonas might be dating actress-singer-model Brenda Song. The National Ledger starts up the speculation, claiming romance rumors began to spark after the two were seen getting together at a Los Angeles Lakers vs San Antonio Spurs basketball game recently. Brenda, as reported by National Ledger’s Wendy Cook, is a close friend of Selena Gomez, who’s rumored to be dating Joe’s brother Nick Jonas.
