The sound is absolutely wonderful, eccentric, mature, touching, heart-felt, and everything else that’s good about music, haha. You can sense the heart behind his vocals, that’s what makes the song for me. The cover is absolutely beautiful, very intense and real.

Maybe I’ll just listen to the preview over and over until Tuesday. So the live version is considered the “single.” The studio version is probably on the EP. So with a single that long they aren’t goiing for radio, well with that version anyway.

I do like the cover though. I wonder which venue that was at.

lol fad so true, as everyone has said the cover really suits the song so well. I’m glad that the live version of stay is the single, because it’s that version that we fell in in love with and i suspect that the studio version won’t have the same emotion and power behind it.

I am also happy about the length, it means that they haven’t cut off nick’s falsettos at the end ;) I suspect that the EP will have the live and studio versions of stay, and a video performance of the song. If we are very lucky, they might have included the inseperable re-mix ( i would LOVE for them to include that)

I’ve just seen the interview they did with gateway, so beautiful and sincere, i’ve never really heard them talk about their relationship with God in the way they did. It was really great, and i’ve missed their interviews in general.

I really like the live version, but I’m really curious to see how the studio version sounds ’cause they would’ve had to cut it down so, it’s not like 7 minutes long.

I’m glad that they’re also making the live version available… judging by the rest of NJATA’s songs, they’re so much more emotional live, which is really important for these sort of songs.
But the screaming does give me a headache after a while. Maybe the studio version will only be available on iTunes?

So, my first reaction was about the picture. WOW. I agree with everyone who says the picture really captures the song. It’s deep and meaningful- and the fans are in it too. Lucky them. I’d love to know where that picture was taken.
Now on to the song itself. Can I fall in love with Nick more? I don’t know if that’s possible. He pours his heart and soul into these lyrics. When he sings them, it’s full of passion and emotion. It is raw and real.
Overall, I’m so excited for Tuesday.
I’d love to hear the studio version, see if it’s shorter and what not. And then the EP…. What is on it?! Gosh, I really hope he throws in Inseparable for all of us!!!

An EP is a song that’s too long to be a single. So there for the EP is the live one the single is the studio
